Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major credit/debit card, Skrill (Moneybookers), Perfect Money, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank transfer.

Q. Can I have a free test?

YES, we offer free tests 24 Hours (MGcamd and IPTV), Please note that this is a merely TEST from single access to one server. which means that the quality is not completely 100% guarantee, once you have an official subscription (1 Months up to 12 Months) you will have 4 lines for CCcam and 2 lines for MGcamd and access for 4 differents servers simultaneously.

For CCcam there is no free TEST, priority subscribers.

Q. Can i have a discount price?

Our prices are fixed, we offers discounts just for our dealers, or if you take more accounts of both. however we make promo from time to time for that please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed by our promotion.

Q. How much do I have to wait after making a payment?

Normally no more than 3 hours after payment has been cleared you will have your server account, if you pay by Western Union or equivalent, its going to take 4 hours, and if you pay by bank transfer, its going to take a 4 days.

Q. You offer a money back guarantee, how does that work?

If within the first 7 days only ( weekends and holidays include ) of you placing and receiving your order from us, it is tested and does not perform in a way that you had expected, then you will be entitled to a full money back refund. If you use the service for longer than that time span and then decide to take the service from another provider or change your mind in any way then unfortunately our guarantee does not cover you.

You can’t ask refund money when your receiver or system have some problem.
Any 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months IPTV Code purchased are non-refundable and cannot be paused or cancelled once purchased. Please ask for free test 24 Hours before place your order

Q. How can I become reseller?

To get Reseller status , you must purchase a minimum reseller Pack1 then you can recharge your panel with reseller pack1 or pack2 or pack3, pack4 or pack5 depend to how many users you need to buy. Reseller can also pay via western union, MoneyGram and Transfer Bank. You will have your own panel with full management.

Q. What equipment do i need to use your service?

All you need is a satellite dish pointing at your desired provider (ie. SKY) a Dreambox or similar running CCcam or Newcamd or MGCamd and a broadband connection.

Q. Do you send me a card for my receiver box?

No, once you order from us we send you a single lines of code which you insert into a file on your reciever. This tells the receiver where in the world our servers are and how to communicate with them.

Q. How does card sharing work?

Card sharing is a method by which independent receivers obtain simultaneous access to a pay television network, using one legitimate conditional access subscription card. Typically, the legitimate card is attached to a personal computer or Dreambox which is connected to the Internet, and is configured to provide the legitimately decrypted control word to other receivers who request the information. This decrypted control word is then used to decode an encrypted conditional access service, as though each other receiver were using its own subscription card.

Q. Can I receive all the channels listed on your website?

You can receive only those channels that your satellite dish is able to receive. If you have a motorised system with a dish of a suitable size then it may be possible to receive all of the channels listed.
Maybe any package stop working suddenly on Cardsharing, We aren’t responsible for that. We do our best to get it work fast as we can.

Q. Do you support NewCamd, MgCamd, NewCS or any other softcam?

Yes. We support protocol CCcam and Newcamd, MgCamd. If you cannot connect to our servers then you will unfortunately not be able to use our service.

Q. My receiver is compatible for MGCamd?

Our services are exclusively dedicated to the receivers that support NEWCAMD protocol and the latest generation of receiver is fitted. But without doubt, the best are the pioneers in this field such as DREAMBOX or VU +. We take care receivers who run MGCAMD in two modes, EXTENDED NEWCAMD and classic NEWCAMD . For our customers, we call these two Main Setup and Configuration Alternative modes. If you do not know what configuration for your receiver or your receiver is not listed in our list, please always start with the first test configuration, if you have problems getting it to work , at that time, remove the configuration main and use the alternative configuration on the details page of your subscription. You must never let the two configurations together because the system will detect a double connection and suspend your subscription. The list will be updated regularly with functional receptors tested .

Q. Do you offer a cheaper alternative with less packages, e.g. just for Astra2?

No. We only offer the one subscription option which includes all available packages, if you need single package you must subscribe for package Newcamd.

Q. How do I configure my receiver to use CCcam?

We have detailed instructions and downloads on our tutorial and blog pages.

Q. Can I reshare your C: line or use it on more than 1 receiver?

No. The C: line supplied will work only on 1 receiver at a time, if you use your 1 C-line in 2 receivers at the same time or Re-share it our servers will detect a double login or any suspected activities from your user name, we will terminate the account with no refund allegeable

Q. Compatible devices?

Dreambox (all models) / Diablo WIFI / Reelbox / Azbox / Incubuscamd / Hudu plugin / FlyCCcam / Edision argus mini 2in1 ip hd / VU+ or any other device that runs CCcam 2.0.9 or newer

Q. Is what you are installing remotely?

Yes, we can guide you or we can install the subscription at distance with «TeamViewer» or other especially if you have a dreambox or a Vu +, have the most reliable and easy to use .

Q. Do you have all the HD channels?

We have the most of the bouquets usable on cardsharing in Europe, without exception, if a channel or bouquet will work in cardsharing, you probably find it here

Q. What softcam do you recommend using on a Dreambox?

We suggest you use version 2.2.1 or 2.1.3 or 2.0.1, and do not use version 2.3.0 unless you are sure and certain that it is original, but better not to. for Mgcamd we recommend you MgCamd 1.38a or 1.38c

Q. What image do you recommend using on a Dreambox?

You can install the image you want on your DM if it is compatible with the model of your Dreambox. You should never install an image that is not intended to your Dreambox model . You should never install a genuine image on a Dreambox clone. This can permanently damage your Dreambox. For IPTV you must have OpenPli Image installed otherwise your account IPTV will not work

Q. I just subscribe, I installed the server and nothing works!

Before installing our credit files, you must have Emulator (CCcam or Mgcamd) installed and running on your decoder is required.

Q. What is a Emu CCcam?

This is in the form of a small software that installs on Linux and decoder that helps decipher the given server installed on your machine, ask privately or on our forum, how to install it, it is very simple

Q. Will you send me the CCcam.cfg file?

Yes, if you need we send files CCcam.cfg and CCcam.prio, you just have to install them on your receiver.

Q. It is possible to move my cable box when i am traveling?

Yes, no problem if you move a decoder, just do not use the account for two different locations simultaneously.

Q. Can I use a receiver other than a Dreambox?

You can use any receiver including PC based receivers that will run the softcam CCcam or Newcamd or MGcamd. Please check with the manufacturer of your receiver to see if it can use one of these EMU before joining the service.

Q. What MGCAMD?

MGCAMD is the first protocol sharing, based on newcamd and used to retrieve /send EMM/ECM codes needed to decrypt pay channels bouquets. MGCAMD offers better stability and quality compared to all other sharing protocols, such as CCcam for example, and guarantee to customers that the supplier has the original cards directly related to servers, which is a huge difference from the CCcam protocol essentially used to share the cards in a network of different suppliers, so they share the cards he did not, which means they have no control over the cards and can rarely intervene in case of problems.

Q. You advertise no freezing but I sometimes experience problems with the picture freezing or gittering. Is there anything I can do about this?

Pay TV services operate an encryption policy that requires your receiver to retrieve a new decoding word every few seconds. This does not involve a particularly large amount of bandwidth but it is time critical. Therefore, if one of these message is lost due to delays on the Internet, congestion on your line, or congestion at your ISP it is possible that your picture may freeze or become blocky for a few seconds.
To ensure you are receiving the best possible result from our service we would recommend that you do not run any other software on your home network at the same as you are watching television. If your connection to the Internet is busy downloading or for some other reason then this is likely to affect your viewing pleasure.
Please note that you can also only use your line on *one* receiver at a time. If you try to use it in more than one place at a time then the receivers will conflict with each other and cause similar problems.

Q. I have problems on my decoder, can I contact you?

Yes of course, but before contacting us, please specify the kind of problem you have, or decoder connected to the server, and if you have, for example, cuts, or specify the channels or the bouquet…

Q. My servers are connected with 0 cards, nothing works?

If your CCcam info, you notice your connected green card with 0 connected servers, so be sure your subscription is well connected from another device in a simultaneous way, you must request a change of password as soon as possible.
